Tchijica Henriques, BS, MS, DrBA

Dr. Henriques is a business professor and an innate entrepreneur. He brings over 20 years management and leadership experience both in the US and overseas. Prior to launching his consulting business, T&Associates Consulting, LLC, Dr. Henriques successfully helped organizations align business vision with creative organizational initiatives that improved performance, profitability, and entrepreneurial orientation. As the world becomes gradually interconnected and an increased number of businesses explore international opportunities, the need to adjust to a global marketplace becomes pressing.

Dr. Henriques holds a doctoral degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. In addition, he holds a B.S. degree in Economics from Universidade Lusiada and a Master’s in real estate development from WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. In addition, he is a licensed real estate salesperson, fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish,and French and he is a member of the Institutional Council of Shopping Centers (ISCS) and the Urban Land institute (ULI). He also develops relationships with the NC Consular Corps.
